On Wednesday, October 3rd and Monday, October 8th, Britannia School was invited to attend two musical performances at The Anglo-American School of Moscow. The first performance, performed by Paul Mnatsakanov and the “New Names of Armenia”, showcased the diversity of Armenian music from traditional to classical, while the second concert was a classical music extravaganza featuring ballet dancers from the Bolshoi Theatre. Britannia School students were very excited to not only see these performances but to travel by bus on their first school trip. Even though our students were some of the youngest in attendance, they were enthusiastic audience members whose behaviour was so exemplary that one Anglo-American School staff member commented that they were the best-behaved members of the audience. Britannia School would like to thank the Anglo-American School of Moscow for inviting us and we look forward to attending future performances at the Anglo-American School of Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre.
